Yes — the €180 diagnostic session. About 90 minutes: we review your current website, run a Kitsui report on your sector and city, and give you a prioritised action plan. You can walk away and execute it yourself. If you take a growth pack afterwards, the €180 comes off your first month.

If you need more than one thing, the pack is cheaper — that's the whole point of it. If you only want a website, or only SEO, hire it on its own; we won't push a pack on someone who doesn't need one.

Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the site is yours from day one. The minimum term exists because we're absorbing the build cost across the year, not because we're holding the website hostage.

It stays yours. We hand over all the files and help you migrate hosting wherever you want. If you cancel before the minimum term ends, the remaining part of the website build is invoiced — that's the only catch, and it's written in the agreement before you sign.

Of course. The one-off website packages are on the pricing page, with fixed prices and fixed deadlines. Plenty of clients start there and add services later.

Between 7 and 14 days depending on the package. For online stores, 3-4 weeks. We start the day you give us the content.

It is our own market intelligence tool. It maps the businesses in your sector and city from public sources, measures how they perform online, and shows you where the gaps are — how saturated your area is, what the digital bar actually looks like, and where you sit against it. No, and this is deliberate. Kitsui produces a map of your market, not a contact list. We don't sell contact data and we don't hand it over — partly because unsolicited commercial contact is heavily regulated in Spain and carries real fines, and partly because cold lists convert badly anyway. What you get is where to compete and how, which is the part that actually changes decisions.

Public sources only: business listings, the businesses' own public websites, and our own technical analysis of those sites — loading speed, mobile readiness, whether they measure anything. No private Google data, no internal numbers from anyone's business, ever.

Realistically, three to six months before it moves the needle, and it keeps compounding after that. Anyone promising page one in a month is either paying for ads or lying. If you need customers next week, that's what the ads budget is for.

No. The management fee covers our work; the ad budget is paid by you directly to Meta. We never mark it up and we never touch it — you see exactly what Meta charges.

We plan, design and write everything. Photos of your actual business always outperform stock, so we'll ask for what you have and tell you what to shoot — but if you send nothing, we still publish. On-site photo and video shoots are quoted separately.
