Kitsui
The map of your market, redrawn every month
We built Kitsui to find our own clients. It worked well enough that we opened it up: now we map the market of any business that wants to know where the gap is before spending money on it.
What it is
- A map of your sector and your city: how many competitors there are, how they perform online, and what they are leaving uncovered.
- A comparison with numbers: where you sit against your sector's average on web quality, speed, measurement and reputation.
- A decision tool: which city, which service and which message deserve your budget next quarter.
What it is not
- It is not a contact list for cold calling. We don't sell one and we won't hand you one.
- It contains no private Google data and no business's internal numbers. Only what anyone can see publicly.
- It is not a generic PDF downloaded from somewhere. Each report is generated for your sector, your city and your question.
What's inside a report
Competitive density
How many businesses like yours operate in the area, and how they cluster by district. Where the market is saturated and where it is thin.
Digital health of the sector
What share have a website at all, how many work properly on mobile, how many measure anything, and the average loading speed. The bar you actually have to clear.
Reputation landscape
How review volume and ratings are distributed across your sector, so you know whether 40 reviews makes you a leader or an also-ran.
Your relative position
Where you fall on every axis above, against the sector median. Uncomfortable reading, occasionally. Useful reading, always.
Market gaps
Districts, services or customer segments that demand exists for and nobody is covering well.
What we'd do about it
The part most reports skip: a prioritised list of moves, with what each one costs.
Plans
Start with a one-off report if you just want to see it. The subscriptions exist because a market that you only looked at once is a market you stopped understanding a month later.
Want the report and someone to walk you through what to do about it? The €180 diagnostic session includes one →

Where the data comes from
Public sources only: business listings, the businesses' own public websites, and our own technical analysis of them — page speed, mobile readiness, whether they measure anything at all. We keep data from third-party providers only for as long as their terms allow, and we refresh it rather than let it rot. We do not sell personal data or lists of individuals, our reports carry no contact details for any business, and if a business asks not to appear, it stops appearing.
